Executive Director
Attorney and Human Rights Specialist with over 25 years of experience, including distinguished roles as Commissioner for Women and Family and Criminal Court Judge in Ecuador. Today, Sayne leads the expansion of Latin America Canada Connections. Her vision integrates social advocacy with the creation of international cooperation networks, guiding individuals and organizations toward sustainable impact and the fulfillment of their life purposes.

Estrella Saldarriaga
General Director
Sociologist and Master in Project Management, expert in social and economic project oversight with more than two decades of experience in the non-governmental sector. Specialist in conflict mediation and the design of educational programs with a gender perspective. Her career is highlighted by her facilitation of social processes and her role as an international speaker on equity and community development.

Francisco Hurtado
Director of Operations & Official Translation
Economist and Master in Commerce with a specialization in International Logistics and Business. Certified with the highest Cambridge accreditation (C2 Proficiency), he holds a solid track record in hydrocarbon transport operations and shipping agency management. At Latin America Canada Connections, he leads official translation and technical interpretation, while providing general consultancy to ensure every international alliance and project is executed with operational excellence.
