Our Philosophy

Mission

Our mission is to serve as a link between organizations in Canada and organizations in Latin America and other countries around the world, to facilitate and execute joint projects through training, exchanges and conferences, establishing collaboration networks that promote comprehensive development between communities and strengthen intercultural ties, generating a lasting and positive impact between communities. Likewise, design and implement professional training programs, educational alliances, inter-institutional cooperation agreements, social projects and exchange of technical and human resources.

Vision

By 2030, be the leading organization in the creation of networks and links of international cooperation, which transforms communities through education, innovation and social development. We aspire to be a platform for inter-institutional connection and a global reference in the articulation of strategic projects that foster learning, promote transformative projects, generating comprehensive, equitable and lasting changes, inspiring new generations to work for a legacy of unity, progress and collaboration between Canada, Latin America, and the rest of the world.
